Product quality problems caused by man-made damage, improper operation and improper storage are not warrantable. There is no warranty for protective lenses. Other lenses are warranted for 1 month. Ordinary f-theta lenses (less than 500 US dollars) are warranted for 6 months. High-end f-theta lenses (more than 500 US dollars) are warranted for 12 months. Transportation costs of goods during the warranty period are paid by the buyer. <\/p>\n\nReturn and exchange policy: After receiving the goods, if you find that the product has quality problems, please contact your sales representative within 5 working days, we will deal with it for you as soon as possible, and our company will bear the freight for the return and exchange caused by the quality problems.
